In this workshop style event, volunteers will work alongside Boston city youth as they work through the implementation phase of the program. Using a program implementation packet as a guide, teams are able to highlight their accomplishments, identify challenge areas, and come up with possible solutions or efforts to test. We depend on the expertise of volunteers from the business community to build business competence for our youth. In this opportunity you will hear from all the youth teams and work alongside one or two teams. With your help, we hope to have each team walking away from the event with a strong sense of accomplishment in their business and better understanding of implementation efforts moving forward.
