Reserve Date and Time for Museum Visit
WE’RE ASKING THAT ALL VISITORS RESERVE A DATE AND TIME FOR THEIR NEXT VISIT TO THE MUSEUM
It is FREE to reserve your spot in a play session. Payment will be accepted upon arrival.
MORNING & AFTERNOON PLAY SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE:
Thursday 9-11:30am or 1-3:30pm
Fridays 9-11:30am or 1-3:30pm
Saturdays 9-11:30am or 1-3:30pm
We close the museum between play session to clean
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY for each session will be capped at 50 visitors, which is less than 10% of CMNH’s building capacity.
EVERYONE MUST RESERVE A DATE/TIME ONLINE: All visitors (including Members) must pre-register for their visit online. Online registration can be done 10 days in advance, so for example every Thursday is when all dates for the following week will be open for reservations.
I NEED HELP! If for whatever reason you are unable to reserve your spot, please email us at [email protected]. We prefer being contacted by email, but if you need to speak to us over the phone, please call and leave a message at 603-742-2002. Calls left Sunday – Tuesday will be returned on Wednesday for reservations that coming Thursday – Saturday. Calls left on Wednesday will be returned on Thursday.
DISCOUNTS: If you are a member or have a coupon, free pass, pre-purchased ticket, library pass, EBT card, or any other other discount to apply, please present it to the Admissions staff when you check in and the discount will be applied to the cost of your visit.

MASKS: What if I or my children are unable to wear a mask? For those visitors who are unable to wear a mask due to a medical or mental health issue, we are offering a special time for them to visit (scheduled periodically based on interest). If you need to visit without a mask on that date/time, please email Neva Cole at [email protected].
