Meet with participants to help them draft a strong résumé, following the Career Collaborative guidelines. Discuss and record their prior work history, volunteer work, education, skills and qualifications. Organize information into a concise and well-formatted résumé. Volunteer can type up résumé together with the participant during the meeting, or can work on edits independently after the meeting. Prior experience as a hiring manager, human resources professional, recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist, or interviewer helpful.
