Following the museum’s standard template, document recent acquisitions to the museum’s collection and reference library. As you will be working with museum artifacts, references are required.
This position involves answering all incoming phone calls using a remote access application called RingCentral. Guest Services is the first point of contact for clients, and it is essential that the volunteer is patient, courteous, professional, and welcoming to all callers. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus for this position.
