Ways to help | DocentsBoston By Foot tour guides, or "docents", are fun, knowledgeable locals who enthusiastically volunteer their time to deliver tours and share their love for Boston. They bring their diverse knowledge and skills to their tours and share a passion for our city and for telling its story. Boston By Foot docents complete an intensive six-week course. |

How you help | Our 200+ docents come from all backgrounds, are of all ages, some are native Bostonians, while others have adopted Boston as their home. We are always interested in welcoming new docents into our program. |
