How you helpVolunteering at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell is a great way to impact young lives in our community, and make a difference in your own life as well.
About usOur Vision is to provide opportunities for the most vulnerable youth in Lowell that will allow them to break the cycle of poverty and access a great future. Youth in Lowell face many challenges, including exposure to violence, poverty (95% of our members are considered poor by federal standards), lack of access to educational enrichment opportunities, and mental health, substance abuse, and addiction issues. The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell strives to combat these challenges by offering a safe haven and supportive relationships.
