Team Mentoring

Team Mentoring, which is an exciting new opportunity to have 3-4 colleagues work together to help coach a team of BUILD students through their business creation process. It is also a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with other employees in your organization. Each team member will rotate in two times a month for the 90 minute mentor session. How you help BUILD mentors work in teams with our students from October to June to help them navigate launching real businesses, from ideation, prototyping, pitching to investors, and marketing to finally selling their products. Through the entrepreneurship journey, mentors provide the support of a positive adult role model and help our students develop skills they need to be successful professionals like communication, collaboration, innovation, and grit.
About us BUILD is a youth entrepreneurship program dedicated to creating a more diverse future workforce by ensuring students in Boston’s under-resourced communities have access to the mentorship, professional development opportunities, and funding they need to graduate high school, go to college, and launch successful careers.
