About us | The Veterans Transition House (VTH) helps homeless and at-risk veterans and their families in the Massachusetts South Coast area. We provide shelter and services, with a special focus on healing from substance abuse and learning new life skills. VTH has grown to provide 45 short-term beds with accompanying stabilization services—and 11 permanent units, and 20 (GPD) “graduate level” transitional single bedroom units within four houses in the community. In tandem with the provision of safe, sober housing, VTH provides offers an broad array of supportive services designed to provide a strong foundation for each veteran’s recovery and rehabilitation. |
