Ways to help

Coach a Team

Warm-up your spirit fingers, lace up your sneakers and inspire a group of girls to be strong and healthy. Teams of volunteer coaches facilitate our easy-to-follow curriculum with small groups of girls over the course of 10 weeks. Amidst the conversation, laughter, hugs and energy awards, you will witness transformational change in the girls and don't be surprised if you realize that you are positively changing as well!

How you helpAt the heart of Girls on the Run are amazing volunteers whose commitment and passion change the lives of thousands of girls each year.
About usGirls on the Run - NH is a life-changing, experiential learning program for girls age eight to thirteen years old. The programs combine training for a 3.1 mile running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. The goals of the programs are to encourage positive emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical development. Since 2007, over 10,000 girls have run in New Hampshire, and we anticipate 2,400 girls to participate in 2018!
