About us | The Homeless Center for Strafford County is a not for profit shelter that has been helping women, children and families in the Seacoast area for 20 years. In addition to case management, HCSC has been fortunate enough to provide classes in nutritional shopping and cooking, classes in parenting communication and classes in the arts. The shelter staff work individually on resume creation and interview skills with residents. With each building block of education we aspire to provide the needed knowledge and skills to propel families into work roles and permanent housing. |
