Our mission

Metrowest Worker Center is an immigrant worker-led organization based in the MetroWest area of Boston, Massachusetts, which organizes to defend and expand the labor, civil, and human rights of all workers.
Opportunities

Injured Worker Justice

Our medical accompaniment program is intended to ensure that injured workers without insurance are able to get the best possible care. Accompanists serve as advocates in and out of the doctor’s office, and manage the medical treatment of assigned worker(s).

Volunteer

We are always looking for people who are willing to donate their time and energy to support our work and the movement. We appreciate volunteers who are bi or tri lingual but it’s not necessary. We need volunteers to provide translation, medical accompaniment of injured workers as part of our Injured Worker Justice Campaign, support our members during direct actions, participate on the Homeowner’s Committee as part of the Sweatshop-free Housing campaign, help write grants, and many other things we do.
