Pilgrim’s Hope provides clients with safe temporary housing for their families, professional case management, and support services. The staff of the Plymouth Area Coalition for the Homeless are committed to moving our families from shelter to safe and affordable housing. Our professional case managers, supported by a dedicated residential staff work daily to ensure that every client’s shelter experience is positive and empowering. |
