Mentor/Mentee Positions

This requires a commitment from both the volunteer (mentee) and the team member from RTB (mentor). Weekly, consistent help is desired.

Occasional Help

We have a volunteer email list and a team member will send emails out intermittently asking for help with things like processing food in the kitchen (kimchi, Kraut, jams, jellies, sauces), working in the gardens both perennials and annuals (planting, cultivating, harvesting etc), livestock work (putting up hay, mucking stalls, fencing etc), educational and administration (writing, organizing, working events that support our bottom line).

About us

We are a working farm and educational non-profit. Our work varies seasonally and we have approximately 10 teammates in varying working capacities.
