As you are often the first contact with patrons, your efficiency and courtesy set the tone for the enjoyment of their entire theatre experience. You will take your position in the lower lobby 15 minutes before the house is open, or earlier at the discretion of the house manager. Each ticket should be verified (as patrons sometimes bring the wrong tickets), and any problems should be directed to the box office. At intermission you are to return to the ticket station to verify ticket stubs, monitor patrons with alcoholic beverages from being on the stairs and be available to answer any questions.
