Volunteers help with the following: Visit one-on-one with patients – you can play games, do art projects, listen to music, walk outside, or just sit quietly together, Help with FaceTime and Zoom calls with family members and in-person family visitation, Lead or…

Bring in 10 – 20 prizes and play bingo with our residents; this is their favorite activity! Bingo prizes can be a wide variety of items, visit a Dollar Tree for some great deals and/or check out our Amazon List for ideas/purchase items.

We have missed our volunteers so any sort of games or just general companionship is welcome. You could do a walk through the park, play games, perform your talent, or do arts and crafts. The possibilities are endless!

Pick up groceries for our congregate living facilities. The person will need to first pick up a credit card in Jamaica Plain then drive to Costco and back to Jamaica Plain to drop off groceries.

Singing, playing an instrument, manicure skills, for example, are all ways to bring joy to HCP residents. School choral groups or small music ensembles always welcome.

Assist our families during the holidays or to help new residents get settled in their home.

Your group can make and deliver cards during the holidays or any time to let them know you are thinking of them.
